A small caseload, a familiar team, coordinated care.

Brain Injury Rehab Toronto has provided therapy services to (mostly) adults with Acquired Brain Injuries from auto accidents for 24 years. We work on a “Fee for Service” basis — a Treatment Plan is submitted to your auto insurer for consideration of pre-approved funding prior to treatment being provided, the same as your local physiotherapy or chiropractic clinic.

From First Call to Funded Care.

Initial Consultation
A conversation about your accident, your injury, and where things stand with your insurer — by phone, video, or in person.

Treatment Plan Submitted
We build a Treatment Plan and submit it to your auto insurer for pre-approved funding — same as your local physio or chiropractic clinic.

Coordinated Care Begins
Your associate team — OT, SLP, PT, Social Work, Dietary, Rehab Support — starts working, with one Case Manager keeping every party aligned.
04
Ongoing Advocacy
We keep following your progress, updating the plan, and advocating on your behalf until your case reaches settlement.
